Ingredients
- Toasted bread slices
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods - Spinach
- Toppings: Halved cherry tomatoes, sea salt, greek yogurt
Method:
- Toast the sliced sourdough bread and set aside.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Save in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Spread the greek yogurt on your toast and top with a couple tsp of the spinach pesto, cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with sea salt.
