Ingredients
- 420g tin spaghetti
 - 4 eggs, beaten
 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
 - 1 tablespoon of Veggie Boost
 
Method
- Crack eggs and whisk
 - Add 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese and Veggie Boost and mix
 - Add tin of spaghetti and mix
 - Pre-heat to 180 degrees
 - Add to muffin tray
 - Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
 - Bake in 20 mins in oven
