Spaghetti Muffin Snacks

Ingredients

  • 420g tin spaghetti
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of Veggie Boost

Method

  1.  Crack eggs and whisk
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese and Veggie Boost and mix
  3. Add tin of spaghetti and mix
  4. Pre-heat to 180 degrees
  5. Add to muffin tray
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  7. Bake in 20 mins in oven
