Smashed Chickpeas Toast


  • 200g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Sliced Sourdough bread
  • Sesame or flax seeds
  • Fresh oregano leaves
  • Chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods  - Spinach


  1. Place the cooked chickpeas into a bowl.
  2. Add the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and Mavella Superfoods Spinach and roughly mash with a fork.
  3. Toast the sourdough bread and top with the mashed chickpeas.
