Ingredients
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Sliced Sourdough bread
- Sesame or flax seeds
- Fresh oregano leaves
- Chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods - Spinach
Method:
- Place the cooked chickpeas into a bowl.
- Add the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and Mavella Superfoods Spinach and roughly mash with a fork.
