Ingredients

Method:
  1. Place the cooked broccoli florets in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and toss untilcoated.
  2. Place the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Smash the florets with a glass.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 200c until the broccoli is crispy around the edges.
