- 1 broccoli head, cooked and drained (or cook frozen broccoli)
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- 2-3 tsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Place the cooked broccoli florets in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and toss untilcoated.
- Place the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Smash the florets with a glass.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 200c until the broccoli is crispy around the edges.
