Savory Breakfast Oatmeal


  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup diced bacon (or ham)
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)


  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Cook and scramble the eggs.
  2. Add the diced bacon or ham and the grated mozzarella and sauté for a couple of minutes. Set aside.
  3. Place the oats in the skillet and toast for a minute or two, then add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and mix until well distributed. Add the water and cook until creamy.
  4. Serve the oatmeal with the scrambled eggs and garnish with chopped chives (optional).
