Ingredients
• 400g tomatoes
• Couple of garlic cloves
• Salt & pepper (optional)
• Olive oil
• Fresh herbs
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
• Angry Birds features: mozzarella, cheddar, nori sheets, herbs
Method:
1. Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange on a baking sheet.
2. Add a couple of garlic cloves, olive oil and thyme (or your favourite herbs). Bake for about 25 minutes, until the tomatoes and garlic are tender.
3. Spoon the baked tomatoes into a food processor. Add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and pulse until a smooth sauce is formed.
4. To make the Angry birds: spoon the sauce on top of the spaghetti and add mozzarella, herbs, nori sheets or black olives for the features
