Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Sausage

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Halve the Brussel sprouts and slice the sausages.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together.
  5. Place on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until the Brussel sprouts are cooked through.
