Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup butternut squash puree
- 1/4 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods - Mango
Method:
- In a high powered blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until well combined.
- Add more almond milk to thin as desired.
- Garnish with granola / oats and pumpkin seeds.
