Pumpkin Gnocchi



  1. Pour the flour on the counter and add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost on top.
  2. Mix with your fingers until distributed while making a well.
  3. Place the pumpkin puree in the center and fold in the flour until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into long thin rolls, then cut into about 1cm thick.
  5. Roll the pieces over a gnocchi board (or use a fork) for the ridges.
  6. Let them dry on the counter for a couple minutes while boiling water in a pan.
  7. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water in small batches. They’re ready when they start floating to the surface.
  8. You can sauté with garlic, butter & herbs or with your favourite sauce!
