Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost

Method:

  1. Prepare the sauce by cooking the cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic, olive oil  and water in a skillet.
  2. When the cherry tomatoes are cooked through and the liquid has almost evaporated, turn off the heat.
  3. Mix Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost into the sauce.
  4. Spread the sauce on one tortilla wrap and sprinkle with the mozzarella on top. Cover with the other tortilla wrap and cook on a skillet until brown on each side.
