Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- Toppings: sliced fruit of choice, cinnamon, nut butter, honey/ maple syrup, chopped walnuts, coconut, yogurt (or your favourite toppings!)
- Combine the walnuts, chia and flax seeds, milk and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost in a blender and process but don’t smooth completely.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Heat the porridge on the stove. You can mix in some of the toppings now or add them when serving.
- Serve when you reach the desired thickness and top with fruit, yoghurt, chopped walnuts, honey, or your favourite mix!
