Mozzarella Sticks



  1. Cut the mozzarella into sticks.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and the chopped parsley. Put flour on a plate and bread crumbs on another.
  3. Dredge the mozzarella sticks with flour, then through the egg mixture and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Repeat all steps twice on each mozzarella stick.
  5. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hs. 
  6. In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the frozen mozzarella sticks. Cook until golden brown. Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. You can serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Awesome recipe! I love vegge boost, it’s my fav! Can I ask a question? Are you able to put it in a air fryer, frozen or better nit to use one at all? Thanks in advance.
