Mini Taco Cups
- 250g mince
- 18 tortilla wraps cut to 8cmx8cm squares
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Garlic powder, chilli flakes, paprika, sea salt to taste.
- 1. Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet over low-medium heat. Add the mince and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost, garlic powder, and sea salt to taste. Cook thoroughly for 5/7 min.
- Preheat oven to 180c. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Cut the tortillas to fit perfectly in the muffin pan. Place them in the muffin cavities and press down.
- Top with 1 tb spoon meat and 1 tb spoon grated cheese. Bake for 10 min, until cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove cups from muffin pan, place on cooling rack and top with chopped avocado, tomatoes, cream cheese and red onion.
