Leftover Rice Sandwich



  1. In a large bowl, mix the eggs with Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost until dissolved.
  2. Add the leftover rice and continue mixing until completely combined. Mix in the grated cheese.
  3. Heat the skillet and cook a couple spoonful's of the mixture, making a circle with a spatula (or pancake mold). Flip and cook on both sides until golden.
  4. Make a sandwich with two fritters, ham and cheese, and add veggies as toppings.
