Italian Chickpea Flatbread Fingers



  1. Sift the chickpea flour into a large bowl and add a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Mix in Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
  3. Gradually add the water whilst whisking to avoid any lumps. Add olive oil and stir well.
  4. Cover the bowl and let rest for at least two hours.
  5. Once ready, preheat the oven to 220c. Oil a cast iron skillet with olive oil and pour the batter into it.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top. Let rest for 5 minutes
  7. before removing to a cutting board. Sprinkle with sea salt and slice into fingers.
