Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 3 cups water
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Sift the chickpea flour into a large bowl and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Mix in Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
- Gradually add the water whilst whisking to avoid any lumps. Add olive oil and stir well.
- Cover the bowl and let rest for at least two hours.
- Once ready, preheat the oven to 220c. Oil a cast iron skillet with olive oil and pour the batter into it.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top. Let rest for 5 minutes
- before removing to a cutting board. Sprinkle with sea salt and slice into fingers.
