Ingredients
- 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 2 litre full fat milk
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Bowl of Ice water
Method:
- On medium heat, boil the milk in a clean sterile pot.
- Switch the heat off once the milk starts to boil.
- Let the milk stand for 1-2 min
- Meanwhile, squeeze the juice of the lemon in a small bowl.
- Add the lemon juice to the milk and stir.
- The milk should start curdling, separating the solids from the whey. Add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and let sit for 10 min.
- Strain the mixture into a muslin cloth through a strainer.
- Rinse the solids with the muslin cloth in a bowl of cold water.
- Squeeze the excess water and put it on a plate, pressing it with a heavy cast iron pan on top. Let rest for 60min.
