Homemade Cottage Cheese Mini Mice



  1. On medium heat, boil the milk in a clean sterile pot.
  2. Switch the heat off once the milk starts to boil.
  3. Let the milk stand for 1-2 min
  4. Meanwhile, squeeze the juice of the lemon in a small bowl.
  5. Add the lemon juice to the milk and stir.
  6. The milk should start curdling, separating the solids from the whey. Add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and let sit for 10 min.
  7. Strain the mixture into a muslin cloth through a strainer.
  8. Rinse the solids with the muslin cloth in a bowl of cold water.
  9. Squeeze the excess water and put it on a plate, pressing it with a heavy cast iron pan on top. Let rest for 60min.
