“Devil” Eggs



  1. Boil the eggs in water until completely cooked through.
  2. Remove from heat and run under cold water. Crack and shell the eggs.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and scrape the egg yolks.
  4. Place the yolks in a small bowl. Add mayonnaise and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
  5. Mash well to combine. Adjust with more mayonnaise if desired. You can fill a pipping bag for easy filling.
  6. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, Tajin or red pepper flakes (optional) and cut the red capsicum with cookie cutters to make the little devils!
