Spinach Soup

Creamy Spinach Soup



  1. Chop the onion and tomatoes and place in a saucepan on low heat. Drizzle with olive oil and cook until tender. Set aside.
  2. Cook the spinach until softened (about a minute) and set aside.
  3. In a blender, place the veggies, whipping cream, milk and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup back into the saucepan and cook until bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with toasted bread and grated cheese. Enjoy!
