Cheesy Potato Balls


  • 300g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
  • 200g mozarella, cut in cubes
  • Egg wash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp water or milk


  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water. Drain the water and place in a large bowl while still warm.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients: Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost, cornstarch and grated parmesan cheese and mash until completely combined.
  3. Let cool down until its easier to handle. Make balls with the dough (about 1-2 tbsp each), placing a mozzarella square in the middle.
  4. Place on a baking pan. Brush with egg wash and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
  5. Serve with your favourite dips!
