Brown Lentil Hummus Pots

Ingredients

 • 2 cups cooked brown lentils
 • 1 garlic clove
 • 1 tbsp tahini
 • 2 tbsp olive oil
 • 1/4 cup water (or as needed)
 • Spice blend (optional)
 • 200g baby carrots
 • Fresh parsley / oregano
 • Crushed walnuts
 • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost

Method:
 1. Cook the lentils ahead of time. Add all the ingredients except for the baby carrots, spices and herbs to a blender and blend until smooth.
 2. Place the hummus in tiny pots and sprinkle with spices and crushed walnuts. Stick a couple of baby carrots on top and add the parsley / oregano to the top of the carrots.
