Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups greek yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup ham or bacon

Method:

 1. Beat the eggs with the greek yoghurt and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost until combined.
 2. Add the spinach, shredded cheese and ham or bacon and mix well.
 3. Fold in the whole wheat flour and mix well until combined.
 4. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten with your hands.
 5. Bake at 200c for 15 minutes until golden
