Blue Smoothie Bowl
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 4g Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Energy
- Fresh blueberries + coconut flakes for topping
- Lemon squeeze (optional)
- Blend all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl.
- Top with fresh blueberries and coconut flakes, or your favourite fruits and seeds!
