Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 1 egg
- 1 cauliflower head
- 1/3 cup milk
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200c. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cook and drain the cauliflower. Chop into bite size pieces.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the flour and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
- Add the egg and milk and stir until completely combined.
- Dip each cauliflower into the batter, twisting around as needed until well coated.
- Place each dipped cauliflower on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 200c for about 20 minutes or until golden.
