Ingredients
Garbanzo Hummus:
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp tahini (optional)
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Veggie Boost Pesto Spinach:
- 1 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Veggie Boost Thai Peanut:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- In a blender or food processor add all the ingredients, one dip at a time, and pulse until incorporated.
- Serve the 3 dips with veggies, crackers or breadsticks
