Yoghurt Veggie Dips


Garbanzo Hummus:

  • 1/2 cup garbanzo beans 
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp tahini (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost

Veggie Boost Pesto Spinach:

Veggie Boost Thai Peanut:


  1. In a blender or food processor add all the ingredients, one dip at a time, and pulse until incorporated.
  2. Serve the 3 dips with veggies, crackers or breadsticks
