Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups flour (or gluten free flour blend)
• 2 tbsp sugar (or monk fruit)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup greek yoghurt
• Your favourite fruits, honey, coconut flakes etc
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
Method:
1. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla in a blender or thoroughly whisk in a bowl until combined.
2. Warm a skillet and start cooking the pancakes, shaping clouds, suns, rain and rainbows.
3. In a small bowl, mix Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue into the greek yoghurt until dissolved.
4. Spread a couple tbsp blue yogurt on a plate and arrange the pancakes on top.
5. Add your favourite fruits, honey and coconut flakes!
