Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Beauty
- Mint, coconut sugar and watermelon slices as garnish
Method:
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze on a baking tray.
- When ready, dissolve Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Beauty into the water and add it to a high speed blender along with the frozen watermelon.
- Pulse until a smooth ice cream is formed.
- Serve immediately and garnish with coconut sugar, mint leaves and sliced watermelon.
