Vanilla Pear Jam



  1. Peel and chop the pears into small bits. Place in a saucepan.
  2. Add the organic sugar, lemon juice, zest, Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and (if using) cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Cook for about 30 minutes on low heat, until the pear is soft and translucent and the liquid has almost evaporated.
  4. Transfer the jam to clean, dry jars and let sit at room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator.
