- 100g oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 375ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- Toppings: sultanas, sliced banana, raspberries, shredded coconut, almond butter, etc.
- Place all the ingredients (except the toppings) in a bowl and mix well. 2.
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight to thicken.
- Remove from the fridge in the morning, give it a good stir and serve. You can splash with a bit more milk to freshen the mixture. Top with fresh fruits, almond/ peanut butter, or your favourite!
