Vanilla Overnight Oats


  • 100g oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 375ml coconut milk 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost 
  • Toppings: sultanas, sliced banana, raspberries, shredded coconut, almond butter, etc.


  1. Place all the ingredients (except the toppings) in a bowl and mix well. 2.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight to thicken.
  3. Remove from the fridge in the morning, give it a good stir and serve. You can splash with a bit more milk to freshen the mixture. Top with fresh fruits, almond/ peanut butter, or your favourite!
