Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 can tuna (about 200g)
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
For serving:
- carrot, red capsicum, boiled egg, cucumber • 4 slices of bread
Method:
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost in a large bowl.
- Add in the Tuna, Celery and Dill and mix thoroughly.
- Toast the bread on a grill.
- For serving, prepare 2 sandwiches and cut the crusts off, cut one in half for the base of the boats and another one in half (triangles this time!) for the sails.
- You can make the details with sliced veggies and eggs.
