Tuna Sandwich


For serving:

  • carrot, red capsicum, boiled egg, cucumber • 4 slices of bread


  1.  Mix mayonnaise, mustard and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost in a large bowl. 
  2. Add in the Tuna, Celery and Dill and mix thoroughly. 
  3. Toast the bread on a grill.
  4. For serving, prepare 2 sandwiches and cut the crusts off, cut one in half for the base of the boats and another one in half (triangles this time!) for the sails.
  5. You can make the details with sliced veggies and eggs.
