Tropical Overnight Oats


  • 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Body Boost
  • Seeds, diced fruits, coconut flakes, etc for toppings


  1. In a bowl, mix the oats with the yogurt and 1 cup of almond milk. Add the chia seeds and mix well.
  2. Fill the jars and place in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight until mixture thickens.
  3. When ready to eat, blend the remaining cup of almond milk, mango and Mavella Superfoods Body Boost until smooth.
  4. Add it to the jars with your favorite toppings.
