Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
 - 1 cup diced mango
 - 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1 cup greek yogurt
 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Body Boost
 - Seeds, diced fruits, coconut flakes, etc for toppings
 
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the oats with the yogurt and 1 cup of almond milk. Add the chia seeds and mix well.
 - Fill the jars and place in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight until mixture thickens.
 - When ready to eat, blend the remaining cup of almond milk, mango and Mavella Superfoods Body Boost until smooth.
 - Add it to the jars with your favorite toppings.
