Tropical Granola Bowl


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup cashew chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup dried mango / bananas / pineapple
  • 1 cup greek yogurt 
  • Chopped papaya 
  • 1 tbspoon Mavella Superfoods Body Boost


  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, cashews, flax seeds, maple, coconut oil and Mavella Superfoods Body Boost.
  3. Stir to combine well and spread onto the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  6. Serve the granola over yogurt and top with chopped papaya.
