Ingredients
2 tbsp butter -
1 tbsp fl our 1 1/2 cups milk -
300g grated cheese (cheddar or gruyere work great) • 400g macaroni pasta 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost -
Sausages, english mu ffi ns or buns and spring onion as toppings.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. -
Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet or saucepan, blend in the fl our with a whisk continuously. Pour in the milk and stir well. -
Cook for about 5 minutes, continue stirring as the sauce thickens. Mix in Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost until dissolved, then add the cheese gradually, stirring non-stop. -
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well distributed. 5. You can decorate your plate with a bun and a couple of sausages. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve.
