Ingredients
- 1/2 cup short grain rice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp organic sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- Toppings: Mango, polen, seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, etc.
Method:
- Soak the rice in water overnight. Rinse and drain.
- Steam the rice (either with a rice cooker or on the stove) for 20 minutes.
- Place the warm rice in a bowl and add 1/4 cup coconut milk and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost. Mix well and let it soak up for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the remaining coconut milk with organic sugar, cornstarch and water and cook until slightly thickened.
- Peel and slice the mango. Serve the sticky rice with the toppings and drizzle the sauce. Enjoy!
