SWEET POTATO CHICKEN NUGGETS
1 cup chicken mince 1 cup grated sweet potato 2 tb spoons coconut oil 2 tb spoons corn starch 1/2 tea spoon garlic powder 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper lightly greased with coconut oil Combine all ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix.
Begin rolling the mixture into small, slightly flattened nuggets about 1 inch diameter.
Place them on baking sheet and cook for 40 min, flipping them half way through.
Serve with dipping sauce such as avocado, alioli mayonaise, or mustard
