- 12 medjool dates
- 2/3 cup goat cheese
- 12 pecan halves
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Spinach
- Honey or maple for serving
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese with Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Spinach.
- Pit the medjool dates and fill with the goat cheese mixture. Press a single half of pecan into each date.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake at 180c. For 10 min.
- Sprinkle with honey or maple syrup and serve warm
