- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 2 handfulls spinach
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Cherry tomatoes for topping
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Butter for brushing
- Spray the inside of a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a food processor, add all the ingredients for the filling and process until combined.
- Preheat the oven to 180c. Place the wonton wrappers on the muffin pan and brush lightly with butter. Fill each one with two tbsp of the filling.
- Bake for about 20 min, or until golden brown.
- Top with diced tomatoes.
