Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 1/4 onion
 - 1 garlic clove
 - 400g crushed tomatoes (canned)
 - 1/4 cup basil leaves
 - 1 tsp tomato paste
 - 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
 
Method:
- In a sauce pan, heat the oil and cook the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
 - Add the tomatoes, basil, tomato paste and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost. Stir to combine and simmer over low heat for 20-30 min.
 - Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti to package directions.
 - Serve with grated parmesan and basil leaves.
