Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 400g crushed tomatoes (canned)
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost

Method:

  1.  In a sauce pan, heat the oil and cook the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
  2.  Add the tomatoes, basil, tomato paste and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost. Stir to combine and simmer over low heat for 20-30 min.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti to package directions.
  4. Serve with grated parmesan and basil leaves.
