Roasted Corn on the Cob



  1. Preheat the oven to 200c. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, chopped parsley and Mavella Superfoods Veggie boost and mix well. 
  2. You can bake inside the husks or cover with aluminium foil.
  3. If using the husks, open them and clean thoroughly in between the corn and the husks.
  4. Spread the mixture onto each ear of corn and close them up again.
  5. If using aluminum foil, wrap each one of them and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 min, until soft and juicy. Serve with more butter and red pepper flakes if desired.
