- 3 ears of corn, husked
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 200c. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, chopped parsley and Mavella Superfoods Veggie boost and mix well.
- You can bake inside the husks or cover with aluminium foil.
- If using the husks, open them and clean thoroughly in between the corn and the husks.
- Spread the mixture onto each ear of corn and close them up again.
- If using aluminum foil, wrap each one of them and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 min, until soft and juicy. Serve with more butter and red pepper flakes if desired.
