Red Velvet Tiramisu in a Mug



  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, icing sugar and Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Beetroot.
  2. Place a couple of ladyfingers on a tray and cut out 3 round layers to fill the mug.
  3. Fill the mug by layering the ladyfingers and the cream filling.
  4. Prepare the espresso directly over the mug or pour it on top.
  5. Pipe the rest of the cream filling on top and sprinkle with cacao.
  6. You can enjoy it warm or place in the refrigerator for later!
