Rainbow Fruit pops & Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients

  • Assorted fruits of your preference: Strawberries, kiwi, apple, banana, grapes, blueberries, etc
  • Bamboo skewers 
  • 1 cup greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost

Method:

  1. Slice the fruits. Thread 1 of each onto the bamboo skewers.
  2. Mix Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost into the greek yogurt and set aside.
  3. Place the skewers on a plate with the yogurt dip.
  4. You can also cover each skewer with dip and freeze until solid for the summer!
