Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies



  1. Prepare the baking pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup of organic sugar and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost.
  3. In another bowl, mix together 150g pumpkin puree, coconut oil and milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix until combined. Set aside.
  5. Place the cream cheese, rest of the pumpkin puree and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and mix until creamy.
  6. Pour 1/2 of the first batter into the bottom of the baking pan and spread evenly. Carefully spoon the second batter on top.
  7. Top with the remaining first batter. Using a spatula, swirl the batters together.
  8. Bake for 45min at 180c. Let cool completely and cut into bars.
