- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
- 1 tsp B. Powder
- 3/4 cup organic sugar
- 300g pumpkin puree
- 60ml coconut oil
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 120g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- Prepare the baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup of organic sugar and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost.
- In another bowl, mix together 150g pumpkin puree, coconut oil and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix until combined. Set aside.
- Place the cream cheese, rest of the pumpkin puree and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and mix until creamy.
- Pour 1/2 of the first batter into the bottom of the baking pan and spread evenly. Carefully spoon the second batter on top.
- Top with the remaining first batter. Using a spatula, swirl the batters together.
- Bake for 45min at 180c. Let cool completely and cut into bars.
