Method:

Cook the pasta according to package directions.
In a skillet, melt the butter then add the thickened cream and Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Beetroot. Mix until completely dissolved.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and sauté until completely coated by the pink sauce.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
