Ingredients
- 1 small butter cube
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Beetroot
- Pasta
- Grated parmesan cheese
Method:
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- In a skillet, melt the butter then add the thickened cream and Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Beetroot. Mix until completely dissolved.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and sauté until completely coated by the pink sauce.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
