Peanut Butter Mousse



  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the whipping cream and set aside.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  4. Transfer the mousse to a pipping bag and pipe into mason jars or cups. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 
  5. Top with whipped cream + marshmallows.
