No-bake Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or your favourite)
  • 3 1/2 cups instant oats
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost

Method:

  1. Add melted coconut oil and peanut butter to a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Add coconut sugar, Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost and Almond milk and stir well until combined.
  3. Fold in the oats until well combined.
  4. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to press the dough down and form the cookies.
  5. Place in the fridge until cookies are set and serve.
