Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp preferred sweetener
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
Method:
- Dissolve Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut into the water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener and poppy seeds.
- Add the prepared Kombucha and melted coconut oil, stirring constantly until combined.
- Press the dough into a square container lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hs. You can cover with a simple glaze, dissolving powdered sweetener (like monk fruit or your favourite) into a tbsp of almond milk.
- Slice into squares and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer
