No-Bake Lemon Poppy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
  • 3 tbsp preferred sweetener
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut

Method:

  1. Dissolve Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut into the water and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener and poppy seeds.
  3. Add the prepared Kombucha and melted coconut oil, stirring constantly until combined.
  4. Press the dough into a square container lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 2 hs. You can cover with a simple glaze, dissolving powdered sweetener (like monk fruit or your favourite) into a tbsp of almond milk.
  6. Slice into squares and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer
