Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tsp monk fruit or xylitol (or sweetener of choice)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Mixed Berries
Method:
- In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder. Pour in hot water and whisk until dissolved. Stir in sweetener.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the matcha + almond milk. Set aside.
- Mix canned coconut milk and Australian Grown - Mixed Berries until combined.
- Pour the mixture on top of the matcha and give it a gentle stir
