Mixed Berries Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey / maple
  • 1 tbsp Australian Grown - Mixed Berries
  • 1 cup dried berries

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients (except Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Mixed Berries).
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients until smooth and drizzly.
  4. Combine the two mixtures, then pour the whole thing onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Press down firmly into a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool and harden for about 20 minutes.
  8. Once cool, break the granola with a spoon and mix with Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Mixed Berries. Store in an airtight container.
