Ingredients
- 100g plain flour (or gluten free blend)
- 90g erythritol (or sweetener of choice, monk fruit is good or rice malt)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods - Mixed Berries
Method:
- Mix the flour, baking powder and sweetener until combined.
- Add the coconut oil, milk and lemon juice and mix until the dough is formed.
- Mix in Mavella Superfoods Mixed Berries.
- Make balls and flatten onto the baking tray (lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper).
- Bake for 10 minutes and wait for them to cool before transferring to a rack.
