12 shortbread tart shells 300ml coconut milk 1 cup water 3/4 cup granulated sweetener of choice 1 tsp agar agar powder 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut Toppings: sliced mango + mint leaves.
Make the custard by placing coconut milk, water, sweetener and agar agar in a saucepan. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes and bring to a simmer.
Turn o ff the heat and let it cool. Mix in Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut before pouring to tart shells.
Place a dollop of custard into each shell. Arrange the sliced mango and mint on top. You can sprinkle with shredded coconut (optional)
