French Toast

Mini Cinnamon French Toast



  1. Slice the buns into small toasts.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then dip the mini toasts in the mixture until completely coated.
  3. On a skillet, melt a tbsp of butter (or coconut oil) and cook the mini french toasts until cooked through and golden on each side.
  4. Serve with greek yogurt and sliced fruits.
